These rollers are recommended for uneven, open, or rimmed bottom packages. They have spring-loaded axles for easy removal & replacement. Unlike skate wheel conveyors, product should never be wider than the rollers. Use at least three rollers under a product at any given time.

Used to transfer products from one conveying line to another. Can be used in merging or diverging applications. Ideal where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line, from work stations, or other similar operations.

This conveyor has a capacity to hold up to 250 pounds. It has a 12-gauge steel or 1/8" aluminum frame with 1" flange. Rollers: 1-3/8" x 18 gauge galvanized steel, with 1/4" diameter axles. It’s ideal for lighter weight load transport. Widths: 12", 15", 18" & 24".

Medium Duty Roller Conveyor (with supports) -
This conveyor has a capacity to hold up to 620 pounds. It has a 10-gauge steel frame with 1.5" flange. Rollers: 1.9" (9 gauge and 16 gauge steel available), with un-plated or galvanized finishes available. Axles: 7/16" diameter.
Heavy Duty Roller Conveyor -
This Conveyor has a capacity to hold up to 1,620 pounds. It's available in 10-gauge or 4-gauge steel frame with 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" flange. It's available in 2", 2.5", or 2.6" rollers (12, 11, and 7 gauge steel respectively), and un-plated or galvanized finish. Axle diameter: 11/16".
Gravity Roller Curve -
Gravity Roller curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors. Curves provide smooth product flow with minimum amount of pitch based on weight and size. Guardrails may be added for product protection.
